An addition to our entree menu for March we are serving Duck Springroll. The Rice springroll skin gives it a crispy net texture with taro and duck fillings. Served with our house made sweet dipping sauce.

In our seasonal menu, for March we are serving Che Saigon. A classic Vietnamese dessert embedding the sweet and sour element with the added texture of the coconut and Jelly.

Ingredients:
Soursop and watermelon sorbet on a bed of fresh lychee, jelly with fresh coconut shaving and coconut cream.
